Infant/Toddler Program
Emmanuel Family Child Development Center's Infant Toddler Program serves children from 6 weeks to 3 years old.
At Emmanuel Family & Child Development Center, our Infant-Toddler Program provides a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for children from birth to age 3. We focus on building strong foundations in early childhood development through responsive care, play-based learning, and individualized attention. Our highly trained staff support each child’s growth in key areas such as language, motor skills, and social-emotional development.
Through a combination of structured activities and free exploration, we encourage curiosity, creativity, and early learning. We also partner with families to ensure a seamless transition from infancy into preschool, setting the stage for future success. Learn more about our application process below.
Emmanuel also has an Early Head Start program for infants and toddlers. For more information visit our Headstart page.
Application Process
How to Apply for the Infant/Toddler Program and Join Our Waitlist
If you’re interested in enrolling your child in our Infant/Toddler program, follow these two important steps to get on our waitlist:
Apply for Child Care Subsidy – Families must apply through the Missouri Office of Childhood to determine eligibility for child care assistance. This helps ensure access to affordable, high-quality care.
After confirming eligibility, fill out our application to be officially added to our waitlist. Download the Emmanuel Application here. Once you fill it out, you can send to inf.tod@emmanuelschildcare.org.
Once both steps are completed, one of our Family Advocates will contact you when a spot becomes available. We look forward to supporting your child’s early learning journey!
For any questions, feel free to contact us.
